Are Teens Still Reading YA Lit? Or is it all adults?

My first review is in from Kirkus, and they called it a "crowdpleaser" and said it "succeeds."

However, the reviewer went on to point out my "intended audience will probably be too busy surfing the Web to read it." Yikes! Sad if true.
